Like my first quartet, my second quartet brings together four virtuoso string players to play at the top of their game in a single movement of continuous motion and energy. I've doubled the special effects this time around. This quartet has even more pizzicati (string plucking), anxiety-inducing sul ponticello (bowing on the bridge to create an eerie electronic sound) , and glissandi (slides down the strings).
